Handicapped Children’s Pilgrimage Trust (HCPT) takes children with learning difficulties and/or disabilities on holiday to Lourdes at Easter. Raises funds for children’s fares.
Hospital Visits: Please inform parish clergy of individual parishioners requiring visits whilst in hospital. Contact : Fr. Gerard Skinner Justice & Peace Group : Meets monthly on Thursday as advertised in the Newsletter from 8.15-10pm. Works in the Parish and with other local Christians and community groups to raise awareness on justice and peace issues. Contact : Tony Sheen Katimavik for young adults meeting for shared prayer, and Mass on occasions, Mothers & Toddlers (OLSG) offers free & easy coffee mornings allowing Mums with young children to socialise whilst their toddlers are prepared for playgroups (stories, puzzles, craft work). Inititation of Adults (RCIA) for individuals seeking Baptism, Saturday Morning Classes provides catechesis for children who attend non-Catholic schools from the age of 5-13.
