Anointing of the Sick and Confession, the priests of the Parish are always available to celebrate these sacraments in people’s homes if requested.
Hospital Visits, If you are going into Chase Farm Hospital, please contact Fr Fred De L’Orme, RC Hospital Chaplain (0772 305 2033) or inform one of the Parish Clergy. On Sundays ministers take Holy Communion from Mass to those in Chase Farm Hospital who have requested it. Also on Thursdays a group of Eucharistic Ministers, led by Sr. Grace of the Holy Family Convent, take Holy Communion to the Hospital.
